Threader Chaser Machine is a new type equipment for processing threads, which is applicable to producing rebar taper thread for rebar taper thread connection in structural engineering. It can make taper threads of grade HRB335 and grade HRB400 and grade HRB500 rebars with a diameter range of Φ16 mmΦ40 mm.

     Transportation and Erection
 
      1 There is a pair of lifting hooks in the back and the front of the frame. The steel-wire rope must be passed through the hooks when lifting the machine; otherwise the machine can be easily overturned.
 
      2 This machine may be pushed to move at a low speed within a short distance. If it is pushed at a rapid speed, it may be side-tipping due to a higher center of gravity of the machine. If the machine transported along medium and short distances, it must be fixed firmly on the transport equipment. If it is long distance transportation, its wheels shall also be removed boss to fix it in such way that the bottom of the frame can be in contact directly with the fixing surface.
 
      3 This machine can be transported only without tilting or overturning.
 
      4 At any time, an inspection shall be made to confirm if the vertical fixing bolts for two universal wheels under the frame are loose or not before pushing the machine; if the bolts are loose, the wheels shall be removed to lock in the nuts above the bolts of the wheels, thus avoiding losing the support by the wheels due to loss of the bolts.
     
     5 The ground surface, where the machine works shall be compact and smooth to guarantee a stable support of the machine. It is ensure that the machine shall be stable and firm without side tipping when working at any sites.
